• Information You Provide Directly: When an administrator creates a user account, we store a username and password. The password is saved in a hashed format and cannot be viewed.
• Information Collected Automatically: For security and abuse prevention, our server collects and stores your IP address. We track failed login attempts. After multiple failed attempts, your IP address may be temporarily blocked (for 24 hours) to prevent brute-force attacks.

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Operate the Service: To authenticate your identity and allow you to log in to your account, display the applications assigned to you, and permit downloads according to the defined limits.
• System Security: To identify and prevent suspicious or malicious activity and to protect the Site and its users.
• Administrative Management: To allow system administrators to manage users, applications, and access permissions.

Upon a successful login, the Site stores an "authentication token" (JWT - JSON Web Token) in your browser's local storage. This token is essential to keep you logged in while you navigate the site. The token expires after 24 hours.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Access to information is restricted to the Site's administrative team for operational and security purposes only.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including password hashing, secure communication protocols, and a mechanism to monitor and block suspicious IP addresses.

Your user information will be retained as long as your account is active. Records of failed login attempts from a specific IP address are deleted after a successful login. In the event of a block, the record is kept until an administrator removes it.

You have rights regarding your personal information. On this Site, you can ask an administrator to change your password or permanently delete your user account.
